Hi All,

I plan to redirect the website based on the GEO ip's. For example, example.com domain is target to India , and creating sub domain for USA as us.example.com,
both the websites have the same content, but the logos will be different. By doing this Google will penalty my website. Please reply

So, you mean that you will not use the root domain? So, in that case doing 301 is correct but do root domain should be not index because you said you will be using the same content. So request deindexation of the root domain to avoid duplicate issues.

This will increase the chance of duplicate content and is not good for your website. I do not know why you wanna create a sub domain for each country.. simple change the flag on your home page only

Using 301 redirect is the best, don't show same content in different domains. If done so, the new website will meet Google penalty.
