hi
my site was manually penalized by google because of having so many unnatural links. some weeks ago, i submitted hundreds of unnatural domain links to google through disavow tool. My question is if i will still see those unnatural links in the " links to your site " section of google webmaster tools account just after google takes action and prevents those reported links from passing link juice to my site ?

Answer is already known. Disavowed links will still appear in the link reports in Webmaster Tools.

I agree. IMO, they are just crowd sourcing to discredit(or even penalize) other people using those links. They might set a filter - like once X number of people disavow a link, make that link a bad link for all.

Yes, you don't have much knowledge about which link should be allowed or disallowed so you shouldn't use the tool as well.... wait for some time.
