Can someone explain too me why google fetch is not reading my URL?

Hey everyone. Im trying to figure things out..

I am trying to use Google Fetch for one of my domains and it keeps giving me error messges of this:

Unreachable Page and Failed?

I am confused, what am i doing wrong?

    Make sure URL is correct, try to copy past it again, if it's correct and still get this error then click hitting submit button until it accepts it. I have faced similar problem once but by hitting constantly submit button or trying after sometime will surely work.

      it just approved it after 8 fetches! finally got it...now google owes me 8 fetches

    There was a good update last week.. all google tools now have IQ checking, if the user's IQ is not high enough it just doesn't work.
