Site keeps jumping after Penguin

My site ranked google #2 for the main keyword, before it was hit by Penguin on April 24. Since then my site jumps between google postition #5 to #14 almost every hours, for six months now.

I tried my best to fixed the link anchors onsite and offsite, but the jump has no sign to stop. Any idea the main cause of this issue and how to fix it?

    The serps have been like going up and down like crazy for the past few months. I keep an eye on hundreds of keywords ranking for multiple sites and to be honest, I am seeing movement on almost all of them every single day.

      Ummm.... Don't do that. Doing so will leave you exposed to tons of competition. Nevertheless yes I as everyone seem to be bouncing around constantly, I've noticed it more in some niches than others though and it does vary based on (seemingly) site age as well.

    Stop checking your rankings "almost every hours" and focus on marketing your page better.

    Google is releasing updates all the time at the moment so i would not wory too much about it just focus on good fresh content on the site and it will settle down eventually along with every other site
