Cloning AdWords Campaign As Starting Point For New One

Hi all,
I have an AdWords campaign with 40 Ad,s I would like to create a new campaign with exactly the same ads but with different links in order to test a different landing page (which is on another website) Is it possible? Do you know any efficient way of doing this? Or am I doomed to retype every single Ad in a new campaign manually?
If you are curious, what I am actually trying to do is to direct my PPC traffic directly to the vendor page of a product I am affiliated with to better test its conversion rate, instead of directing the traffic on the page on my website where I review the product (among others). This should give me a better idea of how viable that product is before I spend more time and money with it... any idea on this subject as well is welcome
