    I think its not good idea to buy traffic for your site. you will affected by google for this. Create natural traffic by using article submission,directory submission.forum posting,blog commanding,press release. After doing this hope you will get traffic for your site.

    Why you want to buy traffic, try different strategy to generate traffic rather than purchasing visits, according to me you will not get any SEO benefit if you purchase traffic. You can use Guest blogging, forums and other SEO techniques to generate instant traffic.

    Buying traffic won't be good for SEO but could improve other marketing stuff for you, like make a sale or building a list(If the traffic is quality traffic)

    It really depends on why you are buying, what you wish to accomplish when this person gets there and finally what kind of traffic you wish to purchase. Every person who just said paid for traffic is bad or harmful should read up how much money is changing hands at Google and Facebook with regard to advertising dollars. The thing to be careful of is who you buy it from, if it is to cheap to be true.. then generally it is just bots.

    Now my answer from a building a website for the long haul... not bad just dumb. You need to invest some time and effort into increasing your sites SEO. Judging by the questions and statements you seem to ask regarding your site you don't seem to have a plan as how you desire to handle your SEO nor any strategy/tactics to accomplish ranking higher with niche related keywords.

    As far as the traffic goes.. think of your question in these words:
    You can't get people to read your site for free so you are going to pay them to come read it? (Not a very effective business model)
