New Domain: Google Not Indexing

Hi Guys
Just need some information. This particular website is not indexed in Google for some reason and i couldn't figure it out why? I have already submitted in different directories, Social Media (inc Facebook Page, Twitter, Google+ Page) and other websites but still nothing's happening.
According to Google webmaster tools, Google has crawled all the pages but it's not indexed. Already checked in Google (site:www.domain.com) but no results. Click Here for the attached screenshot
In the last few months all of my brand new domains (WordPress Blogs)are indexed by Google within few days. But its already close to the month but no action.
However, In this particular case; the actual website is hosted in country specific sub-directory (Eg. www.domain.com/us/ or www.domain.com/uk/) with geo-targeting enabled in Google Webmaster tools. But nothing is working at the moment. The domain is almost 2 months old and registered for 6 years in advance.
Is it possible to test; if there's anything blocking the search engines? Although i have removed everything from the robots.txt file except "sitemap url" and have checked the homepage or other pages to make sure there's no meta tag like "Noindex" blocking the SEs.
Any suggestion will be helpful at this point because i ran out of my options....
