if your posts are being shared on internet then you'll get visitors.
Without backlinks, google plus plus, etc nothing is going to happen..

that's the way it is! No matter how high quality your posts are

100% True. You need to make a Social Exposure to get the benefit. If your friends or audience likes the page or share the content you may get lots of traffic and seo benefits.

The key here is to write new ones all the time. Too many people think that they can just write a few ones and get a ton of traffic. Others have already figured things out and have written 100's if not 1000's of blog articles and are getting enough traffic each day to make a good income.

Also know that some or many of your content may never get shown on the first pages of Google.

This is truth. Especially the last part. To add on to this post: When you DO begin to see a post or a few posts being lit up, get more fresh content related to them out, pronto. Stat. Asap.

Just do a post a day max or whatever, but make sure that you capitalize on any gains you get. When you run a dog site and start seeing that, while "dog treats" and "cheap dog dishes" are doing bad, suddenly "things to do with your dog" is getting hits, do more things to do with your dogs posts! Mix it up, but always try to keep doing what your site is becoming "known" for by the bots, and by the people.

It's not just about reinforcing yourself in Google - it is just as much about repeat visitors recognizing your link, in similar searches they will end up making. The first visitors that inform you may never return, but you want to be ready for that person who searches and surfs results for 4 different phrases, all basically the same.

Only normally if words/phrases in your posts come up in the top few listings of Google's first-page SERP's when people put them into the search-box.

(You'll have some on-page SEO, too, presumably, so it wouldn't really be "without SEO").

But bear in mind that Google visitors tend to be among the least-opting-in, least-returning, least-buying, least-responsive forms of traffic you can get. (I get floods of Google visitors, but I'd certainly hate to try to make a living from them!).

I suspect that what you really need, here, is a traffic-generating plan?

    Hi there,

Getting traffic is not tricky, but you have to do your homework first. 7 posts, even being amazing posts is not that much. First, I would recommend to create more content an then share it/bookmark through social networking websites such as facebook or google plus. You can even mail people you know and invite them to visit your blog.
Visitors love blogs with lot of fresh contents, so please make some effort to add more posts.
Also, if you want to increase your google page rank, make some keyword research in order to find the best and less competitive keywords that fits to your blog.

Traffic is good, no matter where it comes from.

    Peace

You can get good number of visitors if your posts are really amazing. Because I have seen a free blogger blog post written by one of my friend which was getting a good number of traffic and within a few days it got PR2 ranking while did not build a single backlink for that blog. It means, you can get quality traffic if you write good quality posts.

No, contary to what Google says, you will not get much traffic if you just build good content.

You need to build links/do inbound marketing to get traffic. Google respects authority sites and big brands. Not 5 page sites with no links (Doesnt matter how good your articles are).

You must do on page optimization for that. If on page optimization is very bad it is hard to get search engine traffic.

Sprinkle some of that seo on your post, it wont comprise the quality of your post since Google wants minimal seo done to your article.

    Keyword in title

    in description

    in meta tag

    once in your post

& variations in your pics alt texts

Let your varied backlinks anchor text do the rest of the SEO for you.
