How to get more per click from YouTube videos?

Hey, I just recently monetized my YouTube account with adsense,
I am wondering if anyone with experience on YouTube knows about this

Is there any way to increase the cpc average that I earn through YouTube?
I have the trueview pre rolls as well as in video ads enabled...

Right now my cpc is about $.03 per click.... Is there any way to pick the ads that are displayed to get higher paying ads per click?

Can I go in adsense and at least disable low paying ads from showing? I have heard that political ads on YouTube don't pay very much. Is there a way to disable these, is it true that they don't pay as good?

And don't know if it matters but my niche is hip hop beats

    As you see, youtube had done their job on momentize the ads on their website, nobody is clicking on them and they launched the so called interruption advertisement.

    They copied how other video company works, so there's no way to increase your CTR from then.

    Don't worry about the CPC on Youtube/Adsense, go for high traffic. Youtube has all the traffic you could possibly want, it's all self contained.

    And don't know if it matters but my niche is hip hop beats
    There's your answer for more traffic, target all hip hop music videos with high video views & recent comments in their right/sidebar & video referrals.

    The more decent videos, the more traffic...

    I would suggest you to get more and more views to your video. Once you have good videos and likes then you can get more views. If you have millions of views then there are chances that you can get hit on your adsense.

    I am not sure how well youtube videos doing to increase the adsense income of the publishers. I personally find those ads annoying and most of the users may feel the same.
