Hey

I have a website making consistent $600 dollars per month, more than $450 only from adsense. The website is not new, have more than 3 years, adsense report for more than 12 months with consistent earnings.

The website is 100% autopilot because people search for the website and most of them already open it direcly on browser. There is no paid articles, nothing. I just have a host and adsense running, no need to update. People will find answers from one subject and thats why they always return to the website.

Whats the best price i can put for a BIN?

Sorry for my bad english

If said numbers are correct, you can comfortably ask for somewhere USD 3000 to USD 4000

i its constant then 10x monthly.
if you make that from short period of time - 3-4 times.
uually check flippa. ie this site makes money from 2 months - https://flippa.com/2827666-health-in...gle-old-domain so is cheaper than: https://flippa.com/2831959-ecommerce...ing-no-reserve even tho the niche is better

I have seen 2 different price strategies. One is 10 times more and other is 20 times.
But still it depends on many external factors like visitors, conversions, domain age etc.

It would be good if you don't sell the site, as it is earning good money.

I'd say - sell it and invest the money in new ones. BIN could be around $4000. I don't multiply by 10, because it sounds risky.

Hmm wow. I thought numbers would be more. I was planning to sell one of my sites for a minimum 8k. It has a FB page, Twitter page as well. I figured that these factors + layout + traffic + niche will make a big difference and not just the earnings.

Haha, what? I had a site making ~$1k/mo and sold it for $17k. Please explain your logic in reasoning that ANY site is worth 8.3 years of current revenue to break even, let alone turn a profit.

I'd put a fair estimate of this site at $3,500 - 4,500. If interest may grow for this site, it has a bunch of social network pages, and dedicated following, then maybe $6,000.

I would rather advice you to wait and build your income. Add more content and get it past through 1000$ monthly income. Then try to sell on flippa and I guess you will get a much better deal.

Set a BIN price of 24 months * earnings.

Your site is old enough to be safe and these kind of sites attract buyers easily.

Most of your traffics are direct and returning visitors right? No Google Traffics? If no Google traffics and I am earning that amount per month which is consistent I would not sell it. If my traffics source are mostly from Google then I would sell it.

I don't know the bin but most of them will tell you to multiply 12 or 24 months of your earning.

    Regards,

    Ronnie

AdSense sites currently go for 12-20 x monthly revenue. You may want to consider hiring a broker instead because they can usually get you a higher value than Flippa.

I've personally used and recommend Flipping Enterprises. They're pretty knowledgeable and know what they're talking about.

Selling bigger sites on Flippa is not as easy as it looks. Most sellers leave money on the table because they don't know how to properly market the site on Flippa.

Check out Flipping Enterprises or their WSO on selling sites, pretty good.

    Hope that helps!

Depends 100% on traffic source to me.

If a site makes that money ranking for 1 keyword, this is high risk.

If the site makes that money ranking for 1000 keywords, its much lower risk.

If the site makes that money from sources that are not Google, its even lower risk.

I am sure the average buyer does not think as much as i do about these things. But with the way Google has been lately, prices have been driven down by all the uncertainty. No ones rankings are gauranteed anymore.

Also site quality is obv important as well

Why don't you go and get it evaluated and talk to somebody at Flippa or some other broker? You're going to get a far more realistic answer than you're getting here.

This is a low maintenance site with good earnings that has gone through lots of Google updates. I would set a BIN of at least 24 months revenue. However, you have to be prepared that you will probably get less than that.

Get a good website broker, they can probably get somewhere between 15-25* monthly, while if you do it yourself you get probably stuck with 6-10* monthly. So definitely worth the 10-15% fee that most charge.

If you need money fast I will buy it for $3000,-

Lol wait, is it the site that is in your signature, with only 1 page of content? In that case never mind, not that you would want to sell it anyway but if it's that site then I don't think you'll get more then the absolute minimum, which is probably around 6* monthly.
