Help requred for new sites. Warrior help please.

Hello, I need help about my website promotion. All my sites are new like 1 month old or less, what I am doing to index in Google that I am posting keywords in high pr do follow photo submission lists, video submission, web 2.0 properties, QA on high pr of course yahoo answers too, some blogs, forums, directory and social bookmarking,. I want to know how to ping my back links in search engine, I want Google to index them. Sometime google index photo submission and yahoo answer, articles too.. how I can make Google to index my links fast to bring quality traffics to my client sites. And also tell me if I am doing it right. Now I have a new site Scranton city based keyword but the problem is their competitors which a single company site has covered entire 3 pages, I need to outrank them. I want to know what I should do outrank them and bring my site in top 10 within 2-3 month. Am I doing right which I said above in my question? I will be thankful to you guys if you could explain me things.
