Adsense Ads not showing all of the Ads

Ok....I have a quick question for the adsense veterans. I have a site that I just started marketing, where I put an adsense ad block on the page and have started sending traffic to it. The ad block that I specifically chose was the one where 4 separate ads (336 x 280) are supposed to come up within that ad block, however only 1 ad is appearing within this ad block. Has this happened to anyone as well? Does this mean that my niche doesn't have enough advertisers? When I search my main keyword in google there appears to be more than enough advertisers. Is this something, that I should contact Google about? Anyway....any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help

The adsense only require 3 text/image unit and 3 link units for each page. Try to follow their advice on adsense placement as you will earn more.

you can use 4 ads. But according to Google adsense you shouldn't use more than 3 ad unit.
In the default setting you can see that all the examples have 3 units. So you should also follow this thing.

It happens the same to me - if I'm looking at a website from foreign IP, with safe mode (cookies turned off). I've checked adsense preview and targeted users see all ads.

Its OK. As you know Google ads are targeted to special countries if the advertiser chooses it. And when there is no enough ads for some countries or locations, Google doesn't show it. Sometimes you see more ads and sometimes less.

It's "up to four ads," not four ads all the time.
