How to index my internal pages fast in Google?

Please, write step-by-step method - to index webpage(s) in Google in a few hours. The method which really works, nowadays.

Every detail is important - no general information, such as submit in directories generally, etc.

Step-by-step guide
1. Register here (example.com)
2. Use this tool (name of the tool)
3. etc.

1. Create a sitemap
2. Submit that site map to Google Webmaster Tools

1. Share link on Google+, Twitter, etc.

  I wrote this before on another forum.
  
  First, get a list of all products in Google, and spam your links into them. I give you some examples:
  
  - Gmail -> mail your link to another active gmail account or another reputable email host
  - Chrome -> browse your site with Chrome since Google tracks your usage
  - Google Analytrics -> add GA into your site
  - Google Translate -> translate your URL into other language
  - Google Reader -> put your feed into Google Reader (if you're running Wordpress or any RSS-based software)
  - Youtube -> upload videos with a link to your site
  - Google Plus -> update your status with a link to your site
  - Google Sitemap -> submit your XML sitemap to Google.
  - Google Alert -> put your site/page in Google Alert.
  - Google Adsense -> put adsense on your site
  - Google Adwords -> run adwords campaign on your site/page
  - repeat and rinse on other Google products
  
  Edit: do not overdo this since you don't want to trigger any warning signals

Submit to atleast 10 or 20 HIGH PR social bookmarkings. That's what I do and it always worked!
