how to redirect without passsing link juice ?

My domain A was penalized manually 6 months ago. I spent so much time and effort to recover it but failed. so I decided to switch to domain B.
My question is ;
is there anyway to redirect domain A to domain B, without passing link juice ?

    Use Javascript redirect instead of 301 redirect.

      you mean javascript redirect doesn't pass any link juice?

    Just to be safe don't redirect it! It's already penalized. If you want to get the contents then make a backup and upload it to your new website.
