I think you mean XRumer... if that's the case I don't recommend you doing it.

If you're not familiar with XRumer, it is a blackhat SEO program that is able to successfully register and forum spam with the aim of boosting search engine rankings.

I hate when people throw the term "black hat seo program" around so easily.

If this statement is to be taken as true then, Every program that every site owner uses to automate any process to help improve both on and off page optimization to gain improvements in search should have the same label of "black hat seo program"

      All backlink automated creation programs.
      All SEO website plugins.
      All website auditing tools.
      All keyword analysis tools.
All article spinning and creation tools.

Paste and Copy? That automates a process right?

Ok maybe that's going a little too far. But you get the idea right.

To me automation of what would normally be an a time consuming task. Is not Black Hat.

      Its called efficiency.
      And being cost effective.
      To attain the required result.

Do we protest out side Coca-Cola for using machines to bottle their drinks?
Do we refuse to use calculators as they may cause offense to math?
Do you still look at the Sun's position to tell the time?

Automation is not a new thing in any industry. So why is it treated with such disdain when it comes to SEO. Even the most manual of backlink builders will at some point use automated tools. If they did not. They would not know what even keyword to build links for.

Lets face it. If We are going to label tools that automate processes as "black hat programs".
Then I'm afraid We are all Black Hat Marketers.

But that's not true is it.

The truth is that the majority of us use these tools in a responsible way. And use them to not cause any harm, injury or loss to others.
      In short.

The applications We use to automate things are not Black Hat.
But the people who use them can be.

        Kevin, I see your point.

Perhaps I might be over-simplistic in my prior reply... but I do have to qualify that over on eBay, many sellers do use XRumer irresponsibly. As the matter of fact, the problem became so prevalent at one point that eBay actually taken steps to warn sellers of this practice.

I do agree that it's how the users using it rather the program/software itself.

          Thanks Mike,
I'm not intending to take a personal shot at you or your character. Its just a pet peeve of mine when I hear those words. Always seems to send me off on a wild 700 word rant.
          Much love

I agree. Because when it comes down to it, anyone building links for their site is using blackhat seo.

Many people who use Xrumer swear by its effectiveness. Prosell, why don't you research the program and draw your own conclusions? I'm not advocating its usage but at least you will be better informed!

There's an insane amount of things that can be automated with XRumer. Don't know if ebay listings is one, but it's likely viable.

I have used automated software to promote links previously and had success but, I have always linked the sales page linked to some articles, forum profile and others to promote but have not used directly building links to the ebay.
