adsense and pligg copyrighted contents

Hi,
I have recently launched a social news sharing site(subdomain) that allows user to submit news source link to our site.

I read one pligg user's adsense got banned because of copyrighted materials.

There's no ad in sub domain but I''ve ads in main domain.. will I get banned.?

also sharing news with source link will be considered as copyright violations?

    If you're reposting other people's content, then yes you are violating copyright.

    If somebody complains, then you'll have problems. Last week I found somebody had copied MY ENTIRE SITE. So no question, they'll have got in trouble with the AdSense team.

    No, we're not copying contents. The site allows user to submit only links with a summary to link. It's social bookmark sites.
