Your Top 10 Ways to create Backlinks

I want your TOP 10 way. I know that there are hundreds of ways to do so but I want the TOP 10 ways by which you are creating backlinks.

Search on Google for Angela's and Paul's backlinks they work really good i'm telling this from my experience.

Is there anyone who can tell me the Top 10 ways please????

Cannot think of top 10, but here are my favorites:

1. Directories (they really rock, if you choose the right ones).
2. Do follow forums (in sigs/website thing), preferably outdated as hell and having some high pr.
3. Making your own blogs where you can put some backlinks.
4. Blog commenting with sticking some links in do follow comments as a signature, or examples related to thread, to the high pr blog posts. Most of them are moderated, but some of them stick-up and pass the pagerank. (Use very springly though and choose different sites).

A couple of things to note aside back linking:

1. Do not spin if you can't spin professionally. 85% of spinners spin poorly.

2. Don't spam your anchor, you never can tell if you don't know much about Penguin. The rule of thumb is to use your anchor less than 45%.

I only use web 2.0's and blog posts pointed directly at my money sites. They are good quality and great content. These I only include 1 link to my site and of course my (main keyword) anchor text. Also use a few social bookmarking sites pointed at my money site, too.

Everything else is mostly used for 2nd tier and 3rd tier links. They greatly improve rank and authority to my 1st tier.

This combination destroys my competitors. No matter their authority or pagerank.

Average amount of time to rank on first page top 5 positions no matter what position I start out at..... about 1 - 3 months.

Tip: only use your main keywords for anchor text No More than 20% of the time.

I mostly end up working small/local businesses so... if I'm not doing outreach via blog comments (local groups, reviewers), email, social media for link bait, I'll be building local citations or industry citations. Check their competitor's backlinks, check what sites they're listed on already.

At some stage, I Google their keyword to get the phone number of the top ranking companies in their niche. Or addresses. Then I Google that phone number with like "{phone number} -site:yell.com -site:{competitor website} -site:{other directories the client is listed on}. Then I add the top 15 directories I find to the list of exclusions and search again with the next phone number/address. This method is kind of flawed because Google flakes out at about 910 characters and not all the directories allow you to link a website and not all have follow links. I was going to make a little Chrome addon to allow me to add domains to the "list" and exclude them from the next Google search... but I've never done it before and I'm procastinating. But it still wouldn't check ahead to see if there's a follow link opportunity on that page.

Why do you need 10 ways anyway? I have zenno poster and it's the only way I used to post to many types of platform.

The top 10 ways that I create backlinks are by first focusing on my audience and finding out where they like to go and what they like to read. So, if my audience for my topic is more interested in video then I'll focus more on video. If that age range or that particular audience is interested in certain forums or search media then I'll use those formats as my main focus.

There is no best top 10 across the board. You need to tailor it to your specific market and audience, so that you get the best possible coverage and spend your time wisely.

One way that you might want to focus on, especially if you are looking for good rankings at search engines, so things like social media which have become a lot more prominent now. So, focus on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, video if relevant, so YouTube. And always remember that the quality of what you're creating is far more relevant than where that backlink is coming from.
