Why did google changed the title of my website?

Hi,
When I was Checking the position of my website on google for some keywords I noticed that google changed the title of my website homepage. The title displayed by google is the domain name of my website but only for two keywords while the other keywords appear with the long title I have writen in the meta title. I noticed that this happens to other websites too. Anybody knows why this is happening and if it's a problem in regard of SEO ? Thanks
