Hi,

I registered a domain on September and just have it up on a few days ago. I also add it to Google webmaster tools to submit sitemap, but I not notice a message right after my site added. The date of the message is on May, which is before I registered the domain. How can I rectify this? The message is regarding quality issue and it said the site using techniques outside Google Webmaster guides. Please help. My site is still not index by Google for almost 2 weeks now even I had submit sitemap in Webmaster tools.

Thank you.

Is your site already done and running? Like you already create a few contents on it? If not then do it first before submitting anything to Google

Acquire few backlinks from high authority sites toward your pages. This can help your site get indexed by Google.

I can confirmed all the setting leave default like the rest of my sites. No "noindex" tag and allow search engine.

Maybe you can create sitemap and submit to Google webmaster
        and wait.

You can consider posting your sites on directories.

The very first thing you need to do it real the google webmaster guidelines here
Make sure you don't have any kind of duplicate or scraped content posted on your site. May be before you bought the domain, the previous webmaster used copied content or did anything that don't meet WQG . In that case you can ask google to reconsider your site if you think your site does comply with webmaster guidelines now.

Get few links to your site , give it sometime , it will get indexed.

Did you check your robots.txt file , if you are blocking the search engines from there.

Have you just purchased the domain? Who owned it before you? Perhaps they were doing something wrong? Use "way back machine" just type into google and then see if there is any history on your domain name. Use SEOMoz to find out about the backlinking history. Google is not quick to note changes of domain ownership.

Exactly this would be the problem with your domain name.

Google just response an automated message to my GWT account stated "manual spam action revoked". I also saw 1 page indexed. I think is a good sign. Thanks everyone. This topic can now be close.

I think it is a resell domain, otherwise Google webmaster tools is not a fool to send you back dated message on this domain profile, I'd suggest you to check it from archive domain, if the domain has been ever live before to your purchase.

Than everything will become transparent or contact your domain registrar once to get more information about the domain.

Try to make your site interact with social media , and make some backlink on high PR site and make sure those are all dofollow .
They gonna bring google to crawl your site as well.
Make sure the whois domain details is you and not others so you will not have trouble to claim the website is yours.

Fetch your homepage from Google Webmaster Tools and submit it (with all linked pages) to Google index. You can also add the URLs to Google index here. If still it is not indexed, you can request Google to reconsider your website by visiting https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/reconsideration

Some nice answers here. I will try pinging my new site first as I heard that submitting your site to Google can actually slow down the indexing process
