I have a Paypal account where I can send money, but not able to receive money as my county does not come under the receiving money status. Is there any way around this? Paypal automatically detects the country you are logging in from.

Those suggestions are all nice and well but once you want to cash out at Paypal you still run into trouble, simply cause they only allow you to cash out to a bank account that is registered/located in the country of where you are born. At least that's how it works over here, I tried to cash out to a German bank account and it didn't let me.

Moneybookers is great but hardly anyone has it, and signing up for the merchant service so that you can get paid by creditcard from your clients is quite a hazzle. Moneybookers is more used for online poker/casino sites and thus blocked by the US (yes people from the US can make an account / deposit and transfer money but they are not able to receive money or file for a debitcard).

Get a friend from the states to open a new account, obviously delete your paypal account details, then close your paypal account, let your friend in the USA submit all your personal details and once your friend has confirmed your account from his I.P with your instructions from his US PC..start getting clients.

A proxy is usually worthless as paypal will probably red flag your account in the initial confirmation process, unless you're way advance in proxy set-ups but there's just no need with the help of a friend, more like, a super friend as you'll give your personal info. Paypal is #1 on my list and millions of others..I'll encourage you to indeed find a way to work with them directly or consider the "friend" suggestion.

In addition you'll also need to relevant sites to make option #2 happen. I of course din't need much, but for the paypal card which I wanted, I used the following sources:

    - earthclassmail.com for a USA physical address
    - creditcards.com (almost gave you my site, this ain't mine) - get a pre-paid visa/mastercard

And definitely make sure you can trust that friend. Here's another useful post you might want to read:
    http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ow-you-do.html

There's an interesting comment stating there's fraud involved if I wanted to get a paypal debit card, but you'll have a good laugh at the comment it at best as your money is your money and as long as paypal agrees to it via phone, you'll be fine long term.

    Cheers

You can also start a US LLC, however my lawyer told me that I shouldn't with draw more then $400/month from Paypal with it or I would risk my account to get locked (I also have a US bank account that I would withdraw too).

You think the virtual office address is the reason for not withdrawing more then that?

the perfect solution is joint venture. you should find someone who's able to recieve payment with his paypal account. and in return for receiving the payments for you you'll pay him like 10%-20% of the profits.

if you're making good sales daily, there're dozens of people who'll accept your offer. a friend of mine is doing the same thing.

but don't try using proxy, your account will get limited for the first attempt.

There are a hell of a lot cheaper solutions then paying 10-20% of profits, which is HUGE. Another good alternative is Google Checkout btw.

I can't use other options. Have to use paypal as that is what most people prefer to pay with or not at all.

If I do get my friend to open payapal account can I login to it from my country? Or would that cause a problem.
Does Paypal allow to open accounts with free emails like gmail or yahoo mail?

Try to deposit your money somewhere (for example to a forex broker). Mostly they allow you to withdraw your money with wire transfer or to your CC after 60 days. But make sure you check out their withdrawal policies first.

You have to get a VPN [not HMA but less known] with dedicated IP. Then make paypal there and verify it. Then you will be able.

What you really need is a joint venture with a third party. These take several forms. The most stable are local versions of services like 2checkout. They provide online accounts for their members while they all share a few paypal accounts. At the other end are just everyday ordinary people looking to make a few extra dollars, who team up with people like you.

This is your only real hope unless you know someone in a Paypal surported country that will open an account for you.

Contact PayPal for a healthy alternative to solve the issue. If not, then you might shift to Escrow and MoneyBookers.

I would like to know which country does not come under paypal's money receiving. You can switch to another IP and try. Also you can ask someone from another country(whom you can rely on) to open an account for you.
