How can I increase my traffic to make more money from adsense?

Hi Guys,
I am fairly new on here so do bear with me
. I set up my Health and Fitness blog in July 2012 with one simple goal in mind: Provide site visitors with an insightful information hub that tells it as it is for topics about bodybuilding, weight loss, supplements etc. I have been doing fine with submission of fresh contents from guest bloggers and I do write articles as well. Recently after Google's update my blog picked up PR2. I have twitter, facebook, pinterest, linkedin and stumbleupon linked to my blog. My daily traffic is around 150 -160 and sometimes I get 200+. I get bits and bobs from adsense weekly but I am really keen to find ways that will help me drive traffic to my site.
I have been working on SEO, my images and articles bring in daily organic traffic of around 30+. Most of my traffic are from StumbleUpon, facebook and direct referral. I have just set up my LinkedIn so can't really say much about that. I am quite confident that with better traffic, earnings will get better. I have ideas couple of monetizing ideas that will be incorporated in the near future once traffic grows. I'd like to say that taking out time to read this is greatly appreciated so any insightful information about traffic will be of huge help!. To see what my site looks like, check my signature.
