We sell products in 5 different countries with 5 different websites. Websites are on country specific domains. Due to resource limitation, we have only one blog and hosted on a '.com' domain. Posts on that Blog are relevant to products, we sell in each country.

Is there a way to show my posts in regional Google searches? For example a post is intended for UK audience, but we have placed it on '.com', how can we make it appear in Google searches in UK. Similarly, a post for AU audience should appear AU Google searches.

Google should pick that up automatically as long as you use "Australia" or "United Kingdom" in the relevant posts, maybe add a city/town or two from the country in the article as well to give them a clear indication on who it's targeting.

Ping your posts when they're updated, then get good PR, dofollow and low OBL backlinks from .com.au for AU and .co.uk for UK articles. Index/ping the domains' links once your backlink urls appear on their pages.

Well, that's the basics anyway, but should already help a helluva lot.
