Hello warrior what is the best on page optimization of 2012-2013
what is working now..

what is everage keyword density, and best words in article.. 500,800,1000?


I have other problem too, I have site in sayings and poems niche, my competitor, which is #1 position on google all content has copied.. If i copy sayings and poems Will i get problems from google??

    Don't focus too much on optimization with all of the recent "web spam" (Penguin,EMD) updates you'll only be hurting your websites.

    Keyword Density? Don't focus on it write for your viewers not for Google

    Word Count? As many as it takes to get your point across.

    I do use my keyword once in the H1 tag but I do not use it in any other H tags (unless it's a paragraph title)

    You should use your keyword in the meta title and 1-2 times in the meta description.

    Just because your competitor copied and got away with it doesn't mean you'll slip by like he did. Even if he is safe now that doesn't mean he will be in the future.

    Don't focus on what the competition does anyways. Focus on your website

    It is important to have these things setted up:

    1. friendly url
    2. sitemap.xml
    3. good and relevant different titles and meta description and keywords
    4. Social sharing buttons ( it is not seo must but it is very simportnat ))

    This is all ... do not insist on magical formula with keywords density.

    The most important thing is absolutely unique content with articles as large as possible and media rich.

    This is all regarding On page seo nowadays!!

    for example I have site about William Shakespeare's poems I have article about William Shakespeare 500 word.. but I (visitors)need more content, i have to copy William Shakespeare's poem on my site, and google won't give my high positions?

      Thats wrong, If you are writing a 500 word unique article and than using some poem copied from elsewhere you dont need to worry about copied content penalty because you already had used good amount of original unique content on your page. Consider songs lyrics sites they all have almost same content yet they rank.

      In such cases its link building that matters more than content cuz everyone have the same content the better link profile site will rank higher.

    Yeah if you copy a story but give something new to that article it is ok..

    Even Matt Cutts say it in a video last month... so do not worry

    I think your to focused on seo. But you should not copy content if the site which has copied your content and you do the same the fault will come to you though you are not the copier as that site is ranked #1.

    1. Unique Content
    2. Heading tags (H1, H2...)
    3. Breadcrumb
    4. Image alt text
    5. Anchor text
    6. Friendly post URL
    7. Meta,title tags
    8. Site Map
    9. Keyword repetition (3-5% total words)
    10. Link Structure
    11. Social engagement
    In sum, the most important factor is still CONTENT

    Don't be silly, do you think so that if a site has hundreds of quality backlink and they just drop the position due to less article words ? never.. just take good care of title tag, h1 and h2 and nothing else is important in On Page Optimization.
