All my websites not loading ... BLUEHOST: (just me?)

I'm using bluehost and I have about 10 sites in that account. It's been like this for about 2 hours.

All of them are not loading and chrome just shows up as "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to website,com".

Bluehost site loads fine up to log in point and then when I try to log in it loads for like 2 minutes then times out.

Is it just me? Anyone else using bluehost?
Their support is on vacation lol so I can't contact them.

Is it possible I was hacked? According to my analytics, it happened right after someone entered my site from Craigslist. Maybe a competitor?
Just a thought....

Any replies would be most appreciated.

    Their support is on "vacation"??

    EDIT: It appears only their live chat is not available. You can still contact them through their ticketing system...

          Theres nothing unusual about U.S. companies going to nothing but emergency staff on Thankgivings and Christmas. Almost everything locks down on those two days. I wouldn't have worked today unless I had some things I had to fix for some customers who have been patient with some problems.

            No complaints about people not working 24/7 on a holiday that should be spent with family

              Did you submit a ticket with them?

              Can you ping them from a cmd prompt?

              have you tried from a phone or another computer?

              Mind posting one of the sites here on the thread?

                I haven't yet. I'll do it soon.

                I did try from two different computers, still down.
