Why do people get banned from ppc advertiser accounts?

I am reading some people get banned from their Adword, MSN Adcenter accounts for violating terms. How on earth do they manage to do that?

    ...and their TOS are very detailed and strict and rarely do people thoroughly read/understand all of it.

    It tends to be Affiliate Marketing websites that offer no quality to these networks. For example a fake review website will get banned.

      I hope Adcenter becomes even more strict with these affiliate sites. I have several blogs, targeted for some specific affiliate product, that are #1-5 in organic results. Still I get very few visitors from Bing and Yahoo because of paid ads (redirected to the affiliate site) that have occupied the first 4 spots (not to mention 6 ads at the side bar).

      Thank god there is Google...
