Service or tool to compare the power of my backlinks?

I am looking for a service that will allow me to compare backlinks - basically it checks the value of each page, PR, Alexa, OBL, etc etc. and would display my backlinks rating them from 1-10.

This would be extremely useful for comparing my own backlinks to make it easier for removing bad backlinks that are doing nothing for my site, and also for comparing my competitors links so I could find the top 10 links and duplicate them for my own site.

There is a lot of reasons why something like this would be useful - something similar to ahrefs comparison tool - but its in accurate unfortunately.

Please let me know if there is some sort of tool or service I can utilize for this.

I also use Ahrefs to check backlinks and other parameters. This is the most powerful tool on market.

He looks for a tool that compares each back link to each other and gives it a rating from 0 to 10.

I don't know a tool that exactly does what you want but:

- Ahrefs gives a value to each link, so you could look at that
- SEO spyglass also gives a value to each link so that you can go comparing manually

However, blog comments often get a pretty high score while these are also the ones that often get you penalized so use with care.
