How long has it been since you built these links? If it's been a while and they are not indexed then the links are going to do more harm than good if you try to get them indexed.

Well, I have submitted created quality backlinks for my site two weeks ago and also insert these links in the WordPress Plugin Backlink Energizer.

I am not getting this as why these links are not indexed but over 1000 links from a junk site has been indexed.

I would find a way to remove them. You could also index them properly and the SERPs may not penalize you for this. I would suggest using Ping Farm to index these links fast.

And yeah, you can run your list through PingFarm to help get them indexed. You can also take a handful of the high pr links in your list and run them through IndexKings.

If you build some high PR links, like someone said above, you'll be fine. Just focus on building links on your own, don't worry too much about your competitors, and get all the SERP traffic you can

Also, you should pyramid your high PR links so they have a better chance of getting indexed and also get a little more juice from the links pointing at them

What does the JUNK means in this context anyway?

Are your backlinks in pornographic, ilegal or link farm websites?
If not, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. Just keep making backlinks on websites that won't go against Google Policies and keep posting quality and unique content on your site, you're worrying too much about Ranking and forgetting what makes your website live: Real People.
You'll be fine. I can assure you'll not die, unless you stop eating or something..

Also, if you don't have much knowledge of using any tool then simply do slow link building in relevant sites and try to develop fresh content, it works.

take it easy, friend, it takes time for Google spiders to crawl your backlink. Your backlink will be indexed very soon.

1. you can buy link indexer service (search that in google)
2. you can wait for up to 1 week (the most) for the links to get indexed
3. if number 2 fails, go back to no 1.
4. if you don't wanna spend money to index your links, at least you ping the backlinks url to ease them to get indexed.

Just wait for few days might be it will take some time for indexing but please don't stop your work on these keyword whenever your backlink are indexed than you can take advantage of it.....

Pinging these sites can help. Try to focus more on popular sites like web 2.0, social bookmarking sites, and good forums and related blog niche sites (for you to comment on). These kinds of sites are usually get indexed fast.
