How to Cancel Bad Backlinks

When I check the number of backlinks to my site with Backlinks checking tools, I just found out that one of my site has got one really bad backlink, which is from a adult related site.
I'm looking to remove this bad link. However, when I visit the site, which holds backlink to my site, I could not see where my link is.
Could anyone give me some suggestion concerning how to figure out where exactly backlinks lays on a site and how to have it removed with online tools?
Waiting desperately for help by experts.

    You're first goal is to try and make contact with the webmaster(s)
    Figure out why the link is there.

    I think using that disavow tool should be a last resort. Not too sure about that thing.

    You can check to see if your link is still on the page by viewing the page source (right click your mouse) and searching for your link in the text. If it's not there great.

    If it is only 1 bad link, it is not going to tank your site.

    If you know that this is a "bad link", then you could also just use the Disavow Tool for placebo purposes.

    First check where is your link placed. If you want to remove that link you can contact the administrator of that website. Request they to remove your link.

    I think google has launched a tool called Google Disavow tool which can be used for this purpose..
