Need Advice For My Xfactor Sites

Ok, I am focusing on an authority site and thinking of dumping my xfactor sites. I have two sites that are EMDs that still rank in the top ten even though I have never done any backlinking. The sites survived Panda and Penguin and whatever else Google has done to their algorithm. One earns $120 a month and the other earns $40 per month. Here are my questions.
1. Do these types of sites sell on Flippa easily? or should I sell them here on the Warrior Forum?
2. Is a price of 20 times monthly income fair?
3. I am a bit hesitant since someone could easily just copy the sites since it's obvious that it's not hard to rank for these terms. Both sites have had no backlinking done to them.
