For example

does getting the domain turbo"keyword".com matter?

Since "keyword".com is taken already.

I know its fine if we used words after the keyword like "keyword"reviews.com, but how about if the modifier is in the beginning?

It really doesn't matter....especially since EMD don't hold nearly as much significance as they use to.

Does not matter. Word1+Keyword should make a phrase (e.g bestkeyword) that visitors can easily remember.

Won't matter too much. Try to go for a mix between your keyword and a brand. I've gotten the best results with this kind of domain selection.
