Hello,

I have my website setup really proper, with good title approval, Description, keywords. I don't understand why I see some website that ranking better than me when they title and describe is not proper at all.

Is it just the Backlinks or what? They have a few more backlinks then me.

    It's everything. On page plays a role in ranking but it's not everything. Backlinks still determine whether you will rank or not. What is the backlink profile of your competitor like?

    More then likely their backlinks are more powerful then yours. You need to get more quality ones.
