Bing Ads Not Displaying

I've been doing PPC for a while. Now my ads are not displaying, Create 5 campaigns yesterday, Everything Eligible and Status is Active. Bids are high enough near $1
What the heck is going on? Since I don't have Impressions I don't have Quality Score
either yet. Anyone have the same problem? Everything I can think off is fine.

Bump up Bids, Daily Budget, keywords are fine, those are already profitable campaigns. What could causing this? Account is new about 48 hours, maybe I should
wait more? Do they recently change anything? Any clue? Thanks.

    Have you ran any ads previous on Bing? If so, they may have flagged an ad (and your account) without letting you know. I've been going back and forth with them for about a month because of this.

    Woke up one morning and none of my ads were showing. Let it go for a few days, emailed support, and finally got a reply about 4 days later. Turns out one of my landing pages didn't meet their requirements (according to the rep) and my account was put on some sort of hold.

    What sucks is their REALLY SLOW support.

    Make a minor change, submit it to them, wait 3-4 days for a reply. Another change is needed. Make change, submit it, wait another 3-4 days for a reply, which says that the landing page is fine and the account should be back to normal in a day or two. Wait 3-4 more days, account still on hold, email support, get reply from new rep saying more changes need to be made. Make changes, contact support a few times without a reply. Finally get a reply. Rep #2 says more changes need to be made.

    I eventually just said "forget it" and asked if it'd be better to create a new account and start fresh. I was told that I could do so. Makes NO SENSE.

      Yeah, I have same Landing pages as other guys (competition) showing their ads.
      I have a feeling like I have been flagged.. Ones I create one campaign yesterday, I immediately got 10 Impressions and then nothing. Now I create another 4 campaigns
      and still no Impressions while everything is "Eligible" and "Active". I might have to
      create another account.

        New accounts on the same IP tend to be flagged too. FYI.

        Even though I was encouraged to create a new account it was flagged pretty quickly because a previous account on this IP was.

        Love the cost & traffic of Bing Ads but their support system is really starting to drive me up the wall.
