How are you submitting Press Releases into http://www.a1pr.net/?

Hey guys I have found this site with some good no. of traffic. I think posting a Press Release into the site might drive some traffic to my site. Just wanted to post a Press Release but unfortunately cant see any submission or register button. Can anyone let me know how can I submit a PR into the site?

    Why will you want to post anything on that junk site, Rafi?

    It is full of spam, has no PR and people are probably submitting to that site via some sort of automation. It isn't worth the link or your time IMO!

      Hey Mate, In fact I am looking to deploy a Press Release to several PR sites for some direct traffic. Found this one and their Alexa rank is not bad. However nowadays its really hard to find non or less spammed websites for backlinking. Do you know any trick or footprint to find less spammed or even completely fresh websites (for link building)?
