I don't wanna get penalized ..but want some diversity in my back links ...

You could find a forum in your niche and put your sig in there.

Find blogs in your niche and post there as well.

What in specific is your niche in the wedding industry?

There are many different ways to get links - forums are a plenty but so are blogs, yahoo answers and guest posting opportunities.

Why dont you do what everyone is doing here? - not links on these posts - diversity in subject from this forum....

Ok and look for Guest posts in your market, I am guessing you already facebook up and running.

Yeah a good Wedding Forum will definitely help to get good quality relevant back links as well as actually gaining a following from other people on the Forum. Apart from that Social is the way forward and be careful not to do spammy blog comments.

You should start guess posting with tutorials for wedding stuff (certainly include your anchor text), and you may also exchange link with other websites

Working on few high PR social bookmarking and article sites are worth doing. Build community and engage with the audience. Bulk bookmarking sites or articles anyway are not going to be crawled or index by Google.

    Hope this helps

Just continue what your doing, participating on forums, commenting on blogs with the same niche and guest blogging will also help to increase website traffic and keywords ranking.

That is a good idea, though you can also engage in social media, share wedding stories, or touching wedding photos. Joining wedding forums, is also a great idea. Make sure you have great articles and photos for your viewers....

Yes, you should sign for various forums relating to your niche and start posting there and also comment on blogs on your niche which are of high PR.

Specifically my business is a wedding venue.

Just trying to keep ALOT of diversity on my anchor text. And back links in general.

Quick question ---- if I'm commenting on high PR wedding blogs ... Should I follow up every couple days with new comments so Google doesn't think I'm just there ONE TIME for a back link. I'm working on building actual relationships with these blogs in hopes they will let me submit a blog post pointing back to my site.

And also trying to focus on deep links opposed to all links going straight to my Home Page.

The bottom line is relevance. High PR is nice, but PR has lost some value over the last 6-12 months, and if the backlink isn't relevant to your website, then it won't have much value either.

Find your related high traffic forums and create your signature with your unique keyword. Start posting your replies. You can try war room member facilities for just 10 dollar. As a war room member you can post replies with anchor text and you can create signature with your banner. You can take this advantage to get page rank 6 backlink. These can help your off page seo.

I've bought some exact match URLs for keywords .. And it seems to be ranking almost first page ex. Houmaweddingvenues.com. And with NO back links I'm on the 1st page for someone looking for a wedding venue in Houma Louisiana. What's your thoughts on this ?? Should I focus on creating new content on my main site -----/houmaweddingvenues or just buy the exact name match URL ??

I'm new at all this. But a link on here is not as valuable as one from the Warroom ??
