I recently bought the site Biceps Training on here that had been affected by one of the recent Google updates and I am wondering how I can get it ranking good on Google again. When I got the site it had in text links that I have already disabled which I think was one of the reasons it was affected by the recent updates. What can I do to get it ranking good again?
