Whats the best way to go about doing this

I have a 6 year old ecommerce web site (cube cart) has PR 3, been using it to sell products from a dropshipper.The dropshipper has informed me they are changing their terms of use and im not prepared to accept so time to move on.

My idea is to turn it into an Amazon affiliate site, it is in the home and garden niche with over a thousand products listed on it.

Now I can use the catagories structure that is there, but i will be removing all those products in the catagories pages for new products.

What effect will this have on the site and what is the best way to go about it without to much damage to the site. Is it even worth doing!

      No it is Cube Cart, but thinking of changing it to wordpress

        By changing it to wordpress there are many, many plugins that would help you to achieve your goal as well as having an about page, disclaimers, a nice-looking theme and so forth. I do think this is exactly what a website needs nowadays, don't you?

    If You want to come on WordPress I have very Good Idea,
