Could someone please recommend a good program to find out who is linking to my site? (I can't afford Ahrefs) I have been told that my site has been "clickbombed" and there is a lot of bad links pointing to it.

It was coming up quite well in the serps but is now nowhere to be found. So this could be why. Must be negative seo because I haven't done very much link building myself.

You can use backlinkwatch.com and by typing in Google search box- links:[url] this will list all your backlinks.

Use SEO Spyglass, it will tell you all you need to know (even IP addresses, country, whether the site is banned from indexing and a lot more)

There is lots of recommended robotic tool I have found like Majestic SEO, Spyglass etc. You may blast your site by software which is against of google panda and penguin. Remove low quality backlinks.

you should check it in Google Webmaster Tools. Only it can give you perfect number of backlinks. Go to "Links to Your Site" section of Google Webmaster Tools for searching total number of backlinks to your website.

Submit your website to Google webmaster tools and click on Links to your site under traffic at the left of the screen when you login.
