Sounds like you violated some of their guidelines/policies. They're getting more and more strict with what they allow to run on their network. Forget about direct linking to Clickbank or similar stuff - that will get your account frozen and then banned in no time. Adwords is becoming less and less affiliate friendly so your landing page should consist of more than just a squeeze page or a salesletter. Make it have lots of content, about us page, terms & disclaimer, contact us...really a full blown website.

Dude, every new Adwords user goes through a review proccess. It's standard procedure... are you that impatient to wait 3 days?

And you can ignore all the previous posts in this thread apart from the Perry Marshall recommendation. I too would at least recommend reading up on Adwords... if you're not sure what's going on and getting frustrated at this stage, you've got a big learning curve ahead of you.

Adwords shut me down for like 6 months, really hurt my business badly. Even though it wasa a huge headache and they make things really difficult I actually had agood rep working with me who actually provided answers and support instead of just sending me vague form letter responses.

She woudl tell me I needed to make these three changes, I would make them, she'd escalate it to be reviewed again 2-3 days later another email back so sorry but the specialists want this, this, and this done. Make those changes, ntoify her wait 3 days change this this and this.

Literally this went on for 6 months then they put my account back live. Live for one day and they shut me down again. Email the same rep she says she's gonna get on top of it, they want more changes but she puts me live anyways for all the headaches they come back and say no more changes I'm fine.

Yes it can be frustrating. Who woudl think I have to fight so hard just to throw money at them but you do. I was about to give up but got back on and been on since.

      Hi SlowhandJohn,

Regardless of how new you are to AdWords, you still have to follow all of their policies, not just the policies that you want to follow. They usually send you an email that informs you which policy section that you are in violation, however if they believe your policy violation is especially egregious they may go ahead and ban you for life. That can be difficult to come back from, however I recommend that you try because this advertising channel is the most important one to maintain access to, as it is the only channel that can give you such broad market reach for a relatively low cost.

The first thing to do is to read every word of every message they have sent you, there should be clues in there that will steer you toward the issue you need to fix. Study every word of the policy you are in violation of, make all necessary changes, review your entire website for any other possible policy violations, then contact AdWords. They include instructions on that disapproved ad notice email on where you contact them after you have made your website compliant with policies. List all of the changes you made to comply and wait for a response.

But, Facebook is greedy ( and careful ) and can pick and choose what they wish to allow to show on their advertising network.
    Hi bg,

AdWords is just fine with affiliate links as long as you follow all of their rules.
