Backlinks from different subdomains?

Hi,
So I have created a couple web 2.0 blogs for my keyword that are ranking nicely and now I want to repeat this proces.

The blogs have their own subdomain on these blogging networks like: keyword.youfreeblog.nl

Now for the second round is it better to use all new blogging platforms or can I just use the same as the first round.

I'm asking this because I read that getting a backlink from the same ip / domain doesn't count as much as getting a backlink from a new ip / domain. But in my country there there are limited free blog providers, so going for new blogging providers in round 2 means they will have lower PR / lower quality.

So it's like:
1). Create new subdomain blog on same blogging platform: High PR, but I already have a backlink from this ip, but new subdomain though.
2). Create new subdomain blog on new blogging platform: Low PR, but new backlinks from IP I don't have a backlinks from yet.

Would very much like to hear your guys input and what option you would choose.

Ps. Sorry for my bad english, it's not my first language.

The new "subdomains" would have PR n/a, so it
wouldn't matter. Keep in mind also that the subdomain
would not have PR n/a per se, or otherwise, as the index
page would get the PR. Only webpages have PR,
not domains. The PR of blogspot.com has zilch to
do with any blog on it.

Don't believe the myth about different IPs. Has nothing
to do with anything, except to make hosts richer. The same
people who propagate this myth, also like to have a zillion
    links from the WF.

A good link is a good link is a good link. Each and every big site
loves to interlink between their domains, even with the same IP.

The internet world runs on shared hosting. People still have trouble
with me saying that the WF shares hosting.
