Hi,

I have created many backlinks from article directories but all backlinks have no PR. What should I do? Should I do something to improve PR of backlinks or Google can consider these no PR backlinks as juice to my site?

Please advise.

Thanks

Article directory backlinks are nearly worthless. If your only means of traffic generation is dependent on getting to the top 10 results of Google out of hundreds of thousands to millions of people I suggest you rethink this. Plus you are attempting to manipulate Google. Google is pretty smart. Find another traffic method and invest in some SEO training if you want to get results with SEO.

Get your education from different sources from whatever you've looked at so far, which is misleading you greatly.

Article directory backlinks are as close to worthless as you can get, and that isn't the purpose of article directories anyway.

"Linkjuice" is primarily about two things quality and relevance, not numbers of backlinks and page ranks. We can all see this for ourselves, from the ever-increasing regularity with which lower-PR pages with fewer backlinks (but from relevant sites) are outranking in the SERP's higher-PR pages with far more backlinks (but from irrelevant sites).

With Google Authorship coming into affect in 2013, its likely that backlinks and PR will hold less weight.

Start publishing good content and forget about chasing links.

So, articles with article directory should work too?

Article directory backlinks are about as close to worthless as you can get. (That was true even before all Google's 2011 and 2012 updates, and it's even more true now).

That isn't what article directories are there for, it isn't how they work, and it isn't a benefit they can realistically supply you with: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post5068872

I'm sure posting that same response almost every time must be close to doing your head in.

Instead of doing article submission. Go for Guest Posting. Submitting your content to relevant niche blogs will help more than just Article sites...

Build PR links to those article directory links you have, they will raise in PR if you do this on the next update and bamb. PR Article directory links.

You can backlink those backlinks, but from effectiveness I'd recommend just going after higher PR links.
