Can I use Youlikehits to promote Adsense?

Hi,
I have enabled my YouTube account for monetization using Google Adsense.
Can I use traffic exchange sites like YouLikeHits to get views to my videos and more clicks on my ads?
Is this against Adsense TOS?

    Better not, even Vagex.com strongly recommends to not doing this. It will simply result in a ban. Don't buy views, don't get via traffic exchange. You need genuine views

    Fary, you need to focus on high quality targeted traffic, not low quality untargeted traffic. Focus on creating more videos, providing value and increasing your subscriber base because people actually love your channel. You will find your opportunities to monetize grow exponentially if you adopt a long term approach.
