Site Banned from Google After Being Hacked...

About a year ago, a hacker got into my site, removed all my original content and posted hundreds of pages of junk articles and thousands of links to irrelevant sites so they could link back to "their" articles on my site. I rebuilt the entire site and have published over 100 pages of my own original content, but it's still not in the search results. Even typing in the term: vqsuccess (the domain name) brings up nothing.

Webmaster tools says this:

We've detected that some of your site's pages may be using techniques that are outside Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

And has said it every since the hacker incident. However, I've started over fresh and been going everything the right way. Anyone who has experience with this who can advise?

No guessing please, I'm looking for someone who has had experience with this type of thing.

Thanks

You will need to file a re-inclusion request. They may have a manual penalty or ban or something manual against your site. Either way your kicked out of the index at the moment.

You will have to tell them what happened and they should let you back in.

Also, if you have tonnes of spammy links pointing to your site, you may want to disavow them. Google search: Google disavow tool. Hope that helps! All the best.
