Hi, I have a rather new site built around an upcoming game and its starting to get better every day, however, my CLR for the last few weeks for the site has been 0%.
I've placed 1 ad on the site, on the side. I'm trying to build a natural looking site without annoying and intrusive ads and I feel that may be the reason why. I also have a feeling young computer savvy people are less likely to click on ads, which is who mostly visits my site.
I've had hundreds of ad impressions over the last few weeks with no clicks so I would like to change something.
If anyone could view the site and offer a few tips I would appreciate it very much.
Here is the site url.

Blade & Soul Videos.

What is CLR? Conlersion rate? Click-rough? I guess you mean CTR.

So the ad you're referring to is the rectangle in your sidebar below "recent comments"?

Well, to be honest it really doesn't stand out from the page...I almost didn't notice it as it blended well into the design. Also, it is way below the fold.

A disadvantage you have is that most of your content is just videos and if you click on a new video, it opens it up very large so you have to scroll down again to actually see the ad. If you had some articles below each video (and would make the video smaller) you could put the ad at some place within the article or at least the video description in your case.

Try putting something like a 728x90 leaderboard above or below the video.

Hi, yes I meant CTR I was sleepy. And I suppose you're right most people probably don't scroll down so I should get something up higher. I'll take a look thanks a lot!

Try to put small size ads and you can take help of a designer. Also try to put some more content on your page, which will make your site look more genuine.
