BacklinksIndexer Strategy for Videos - Will this work?

I mainly do video marketing. Understanding that BI is mainly there to build backlinks to your T1 backlinks, I was wondering if anyone has ever used it just to build backlinks to videos?

If it's as good as people claim, it seems like an easy way to build backlinks to videos (rather than using SENuke or 5er Gigs).

Anyone?

    Banklink is not the only major factor for ranking in 2012.
    That probably may make you a short time success.

    A big factor (that most of times is ignored) that makes your site
    stable on search results, is user activity and their behaviour
    on your site, and also their behaviour on your site title listed in serp.
    User activity and their behaviour could be hardly abused so I think
    Google is using it with confidence.

    Hi Shockwave,

    BI should not be used directly to the site you are trying to rank, however, as you are doing video marketing ( and i am assuming you are using youtube), i highly doubt that using BI would have a negative effect on your video rankings.

    Youtube is one of those strong sites where you can throw just about anything at it without fear of doing damage. BLI is recommended for tier 1 and higher links as someone mentioned previously and that definitely includes YouTube.

    I've received quite a few testimonials from people using BLI explicitly for YouTube and they have been ranking extremely well as a result. Best of luck!
