Not Listed in Google.com- Means not listed in all other Google Countries?

Is it possible for a site to be NOT listed in Google.com, but listed in Google.co.uk? or Google.co.in? or even Google.co.ph ?

Is that possible?

Or if your site is not found in Google.com, it means that it won't even appear elsewhere like in Google.co.in or Google.co.ph?

    You can appear in other google search engines without ranking in other countries' google SE. Run a site: search for all the countries you are interested in.

      Not comparing between Google.co.ph to Google.co.in for example. That will be obvious because the site ranking in .in might be in tamil language, so it is not realistic to be ranking in Google.co.ph.

      What I meant was, if it is NOT ranking in Google.com, will it still be around in Google.co.ph or Google.co.in (examples) ?

      Google.com should be mother of all the countries site right? If it is not ranking in Google.com, it won't appear elsewhere, right?

    You're saying if you got DEINDEXED in google.com are you automatically banned from other Google SEs? The answer should be YES unless there's country specific indexing and databases. I doubt it.
