PAD submission is a submission to a software directory/catalog. You have to create some software first (not a problem really, just use any converter to generate .exe from html book or something). This way you get links to your video from software directories.

RSS is a piece of cake.
Use Yahoo pipes to create a feed using your video urls as items.
Then submit the generated feed to RSS directories/catalogs.

Step by step feed creation:

1. Go to Pipes: Rewire the web (make an yahoo account if you don't have one).

2. Click "Create a pipe":


3. Find "RSS Item Builder" on the left and drag it on the grid in the center:


4. If you have 3 videos, then drag it 2 times more, you should see something like this:



5. Add details of your videos to RSS builder items, you need a title and url:


6. Find an "Union" item on the left (operators->union) and drag it on the grid:


7. Connect your RSS items with "Union", and connect "Union" to "Pipe output":


8. Save you work (save button on the top right):


9. You will see on the top center of your screen:


Click "Run pipe".

It works! (sometimes you should click "List" to see your items):


To get a RSS feed's URL just click "Get as RSS":
