Need More Quality Back Link Sites

I've been continuing to run my first SEO campaign, been going for about three or four months now, budget of $150 a month, and I've gotten the Tonique site up to number 6 for "skin whitening products" as well as ranked articles and blog posts and You Tube videos for a whole bunch of minor phrases.

I've made a Wordpress site hosted on my server, a Blogger blog, and written articles on Knoji, Ezine, Go Articles, Squidoo, Hub Pages, Triond, Helium, Typepad, Wordpress.com, Info Barrel, and Yahoo Contributor Network.

I'm trying to find a US writer who can write and publish articles to their eHow and Guardian and Examiner accounts, because I can't join those sites, being Australian. How do I find someone to do that?

Any more suggestions of article writing sites or other high quality sites I can write articles on, or other ways I can make the best use of the low budget?

    Do what I do. I just guest post about 4-6 times a month on high authority blogs and sites. Sites with high pr and a good Alexa rank will give you much more authority and traffic. I have had a fair share of referral traffic from guest posting.

      Type your keyword into google, yahoo and bing. Look for sites which have a high PR and a good Alexa rank. That is exactly how I find sites
