Ranking a page to destroy bad reuptation?

All,
Ive been coming to this site for quite some time, and I am looking for some help. I have a page about me personally, (Arrest), that is now showing up in the top spots of google/bing, and I had the charges dismissed, but they will not remove my name. I was told the only way to do this is to get that page burried in google ranks, and I am looking for help in doing so. Can anyone help me with that? Thank you very much!!

    Who is "they"?

    Let's assume your name is Charlie Warrior. The best approach is to find all the other Charlie Warriors on the internet and then build shedloads of high PR links into those pages.

    The other options is to buy 4 million trackback links to the page with your name on it and use the anchor text "ugg boots" or "cheap viagra"

    Youtube vids rank easily with cheap link blasts as well. So thats always another option.

    Why not negative SEO the site that's ranking for your name OR build out a few social profiles.

    You know how easy it will be to rank for your name (unless it's Pea Tear Griffin)

    I've done reputation management before and helped people clear up the first few pages, really if you can take back the first page with a few social profile, do some negative SEO on the arrest site and you should be good to go. Msg me if you have any other questions I can help you with this.

    There are different definite strategy which could work in your current situation -

    1. If you are well versed with negative SEO, then you can apply it to your page which you want to demote from search engine result page. It is the fastest technique. But there is also a risk associated with it i.e. if you do it wrongly the position of that page may get strengthen. So its your call.
    2. This is comparatively safer option that you have. Here you will build your profile on some higher authority sites such as FB, Twitter, YouTube etc. As these websites are considered "authority" domain by Google, these profile may get the higher ranking and will automatically demote the page which you want. The key here is to build as much as profile you can so that page wiped out of Top 10 or further.
