    Why it needs to be instant approval? Instant approval means that there is no moderations and that usually means it is full of junk.

    Instant aprroval sites will not give you the quality back links... Articlesnatch.com, Goarticles.com, articlebase.com, sooperarticles.com are the article submission websites where you need to get approval for the first time it will take 1 week... Once your first article approved you will get instant approval for whatever article you are submitting after... But they will look for quality submission

    I would suggest Ezine and Sooper Articles, all others have compromised their quality. Some have gone mad to approve any article others have scrapping problem.

    So for some results that are reliable do try them.
