What are the Best Methods to Increase Page Rank of a Site !

Hello Everyone !
So presently am working on Increasing PR for the sites and now am totally into Blog commenting (high pr) and Forum postings (high pr threads) to increase the PR but am not sure whether these two tactics gonna work or not, so i request you guys to please suggest me few more SEO tactics which could surely work on Increasing the PR as all my sites are PR 0 and i got only two more months for Google update.
Previously i have been worked on Blog comments, forum posts, image submissions, video sharing, PPT sharing and Web 2.0 etc but there was no use as my sites stood with the Same PR after the last google update. But this time i need to achieve my target at any cost so i request you guys to please help me by giving suggestions on increasing PR !

    This is one of the most old techniques but it still works, in order to get a good PageRank you should get higher Page Rank sites to link to your site, through this you will firstly get a good Page Rank and will get traffic from that site.


    Guest Posting:
    This is one of the most used and best technique to increase Page Rank. Most Blogs have options of guest posting through which you can post at their blog and get two or three backlinks in return to your blog this really helps if you are posting on good Page Rank Blog with the same Niche as yours.

      Firstly Thanks for your kind reply ! Yes i have heard of Guest posting but not many blogs are showing interest to link to my site even tough i offered them Two Unique Content to post in there blog from myside and all i request was one link and according to my opinion the Guest posting process may take a little extra time as first the content need to get the PR and then the Juice would flow to my site if at all my link is provided in the content.. Actually my Target is to increase the PR in the next update itself and this worries me even more as it may effect my Job role in the company !

    Hi there, sometimes the number of backlinks you built for your site won't determine the increase of your page rank. It's all about quality and make your blog post viral on the internet. This way, many will link to you organically and treat you as an authority. Google love this kind of link.

      Actually those are not my sites, am just In charge in a company to increase PR for the sties and my Target is to increase the PR in the next update at any cost and i have done each and every link building tactic but i can see no use of them and am in a serious situation now as not increasing the PR may effect my Job in the company !

    My number #1 strategy is guest posting on PR 3+ blogs/sites. Works a treat and Google LOVES it!

    *UPDATE* - I forget to add that social signals makes a difference too so plenty of Likes/Tweets on posts.
